Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects.
• Working knowledge of Federal Contract execution.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in a client services organization.
• Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of program performance (technical, contractual, administrative, financial) across multiple efforts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Communicate changes to program scope, timeline, or budget with transparency.
• Plan and monitor contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross profit.
• Lead and mentor team members, resolve conflicts, drive program success.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues to protect client outcomes and company interests.
