Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Program Director to lead end-to-end service delivery for a major Healthcare / Medicaid client account. In this role, you will be the main operational authority, working side-by-side with the Account Executive to ensure software systems, IT infrastructure, and service levels run smoothly while keeping account margins healthy.

Core Responsibilities:

• Account Operational Leadership: Direct end-to-end program delivery, ensuring full alignment with contractual scope, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and commercial terms.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align infrastructure, application management, cybersecurity, and product management teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Governance & Performance Metrics: Implement data-driven reporting frameworks to provide transparent project tracking to executive stakeholders and external client leaders.
• Financial & Margin Optimization: Balance high-touch client delivery with cost efficiency, identifying operational improvements that safeguard account margins.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish deep executive relationships across client organizations to serve as a trusted delivery advisor.
• People Leadership: Direct, coach, and develop delivery managers and technical execution teams.

Candidate Qualifications:

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale enterprise IT programs, specifically within Medicaid, Health & Human Services (HHS), or Healthcare IT.
• Deep expertise in contract management, SLA governance, and operational P&L/margin optimization.
• Proven ability to drive delivery across deeply matrixed, multi-disciplinary organizations.
