Job summary

HCSC is seeking a senior project manager to lead large, complex programs with multiple sub-projects. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage budgets, schedules, and dependencies, and align project outcomes with business objectives.

You will work in a matrix environment, partner with product managers and stakeholders, apply PMBOK/SDLC practices, and ensure clear communication, risk management, and delivery in person at the designated facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5 years PM experience OR 7 years PM experience.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and large/complex project delivery.
• Understanding of project financial tracking including budget expenditures.
• Experience in negotiations, managing conflict, and organizational/political savvy.
• Verbal and written communication skills; meeting facilitation.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving; agility and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to create integrated, milestone-driven critical path project plans.
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to influence and manage in a matrix organization.
• Structured, organized execution; ownership and accountability.
• Develops trusted relationships and demonstrates interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SDLC and delivery models OWF, Scrum, XP.
• Regular in-person attendance at designated facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance with pdl and IT product managers or program manager; remove barriers.
• Demonstrate understanding of SDLC and enterprise processes.
