Job summary

Urban Strategies, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the Lake Charles CNI Grant implementation, building strong client and partner relationships across schools, agencies, and communities. This role requires managing contracts, budgets, and data-driven program design to achieve housing stability goals.

Must have strong communication, facilitation, leadership, and nonprofit project experience; willingness to travel and work flexible hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred. Bachelor's Degree required.
• Five years of work experience in nonprofit/human services managing projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with partner organizations and social service providers.
• Oversee sub-contractors and partners to implement programs and services.
• Track and report program outcomes and progress to stakeholders.
• Manage project contracts and budgets and report expenditures.
• Support fundraising and grant/proposal writing as needed.
• Occasionally work nights/weekends and travel.
