Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree required.
• Five years of nonprofit or human services project management experience.
• Experience overseeing partnerships, contracts and a team.

Responsibilities

• Research high impact partners and capacity-build teams.
• Oversee subcontractors and partners across sectors.
• Develop new relationships with social service providers and funders.
• Coordinate special projects and liaise with housing management.
• Track program outcomes and report progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor data in LEARN system and prepare reports.
• Support sustainability planning and grant writing as needed.
• Manage contracts and budgets; present internal/external reports.
• Attend meetings, travel as required, and work irregular hours.
