Vinfen in Massachusetts seeks a Program Director II to oversee operational, financial, and administrative aspects of group homes and independent living environments for adults with brain injuries.

You will lead staff, ensure ISP/PTSP implementation, and maintain compliance with licensing, funding, and program requirements while fostering teamwork and partnership with families and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• 3–5 years in progressively responsible human services functions; supervisory experience.
• Strong time management and writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Directs and manages program staff activities and performance.
• Oversees intake procedures and initial assessments for persons served.
• Ensures treatment/support plans and interventions are implemented.
• Maintains program quality, regulatory compliance and budgeting.
• Represents Vinfen with partners and funding sources.
