Vinfen in Massachusetts seeks an experienced program leader to oversee clinical, financial, and administrative operations across designated programs. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, budgeting, staff development, and service quality.

You will direct program staff, coordinate intake and treatment planning, manage data reporting, and collaborate with external partners. A minimum of three years in human services with supervisory experience is required; driving is a condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in progressively responsible human services functions, with at least two in supervisory roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some cases may substitute experience for training.
• Must meet driving requirements: valid US driver’s license and ability to drive as needed.

Responsabilités

• Directs and manages the activities of program staff to meet goals.
• Oversight of intake procedures, assessments, and treatment/support planning.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding source standards.
• Develop and manage program budgets and monitor service delivery data.
• Represent Vinfen with external organizations and provide on-call support.
