Job summary

Vinfen in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Program Director Assistant to help oversee clinical, financial, and administrative operations of a day habilitation program. You will supervise staff, coordinate intake procedures, and ensure compliance with funding sources and licensing standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with Site Managers, guardians, and external partners to deliver high-quality services and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three to five years experience in progressively responsible human services functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent required; experience may substitute for education in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the activities of the program staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating staff.
• Direct implementation plans for meeting program goals and objectives.
• Assist in supervision of direct care staff and Site Managers; coordinate trainings and policy updates.
• Oversee intake procedures and initial assessments for new program participants.
• Provide on-site consultation to Site Managers and assist in comprehensive assessments.
