Maximus is seeking a Senior Operational Program Director to lead a large, mission-critical government program. This onsite role in Tampa, FL focuses on program operations, workforce management, client engagement, and contract performance while collaborating with government stakeholders to ensure mission success.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale government programs, leading geographically dispersed teams, and delivering high-quality services for federal customers.

The ideal candidate will bring experience managing large-scale government programs, leading geographically dispersed teams, supporting complex operational environments, and delivering high-quality services in support of federal customers.

This position is onsite in Tampa, FL.

This position is pending upon contract award.

U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance..
