Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 12+ years of progressive professional experience is required.
• Experience leading large-scale government contract operations is preferred.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in complex operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more complex and enterprise-critical programs with broad accountability for outcomes, governance, and senior client relationships.
• Define and drive program and functional strategies with objectives aligned to client priorities.
• Provide full accountability for program financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, profitability, and P&L management.
• Establish operating framework, workforce strategy, and resource model for large-scale programs.
• Develop, implement, and govern program-wide policies, procedures, standards, and controls for compliance and audit readiness.
• Resolve complex operational, financial, and organizational challenges while driving continuous improvement.

Education
