Maximus in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Operational Program Director to lead a portfolio of government programs with accountability for execution, workforce management, and contract performance. The role partners with government stakeholders to ensure mission success and requires active security clearance eligibility.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale programs, directing geographically dispersed teams, and delivering high-quality services in federal environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 12+ years of progressive professional experience.
• Experience supporting USSOCOM, Special Operations Forces, Human Performance, Military Readiness, or similar mission-focused programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale global government contract operations, including responsibility for operational performance, workforce management, compliance, financial oversight, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in complex operational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more enterprise-critical programs with broad accountability for outcomes, governance, and senior client relationships.
• Define and drive program and functional strategies, establishing objectives aligned with priorities.
• Provide full accountability for program financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Establish the operating framework, workforce strategy, and resource model for large-scale programs.
• Develop, implement, and govern program-wide policies, procedures, standards, and controls.
• Resolve complex operational challenges while driving continuous improvement and scalability.
• Lead and develop a multi-layered organization through performance management and leadership development.
• Partner with senior executives to allocate resources and ensure execution of strategic initiatives.
• Build strong customer, stakeholder, and industry relationships to support satisfaction and growth.
• Lead technology enablement and business development efforts, including RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
