We’re seeking a strategic and operationally strong Senior Director of Program Operations to lead multi-site leadership teams and drive excellence across our services. This role oversees Directors and Associate Directors, ensuring program quality, regulatory compliance, financial health, and leadership development.
Serving as RCC’s Designated Manager, this role is critical in advancing our Vivid Vision through operational integrity, data-informed decision-making, and strong accountability systems. Lead Multi-Site Operations – Oversee Directors and Associate Directors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all designated sites.
Ensure Licensing & Compliance Excellence – Maintain 245D licensing readiness, oversee audit responses, and strengthen regulatory practices organization-wide.
Drive Performance Through Data – Translate KPIs into actionable site-level strategies, identify risk trends, and lead measurable improvement initiatives.
Strengthen Financial Performance – Oversee financial health of designated sites, ensuring operational efficiency and responsible resource management.
Develop Leaders – Coach Directors, strengthen decision-making and accountability practices, and build succession pipelines.
Partner Strategically – Collaborate with executive leadership to align program operations with long-term organizational strategy and growth.
