As RCC’s Designated Manager, you will drive data-informed decision-making, strengthen accountability, and partner with the executive team to align operations with the organization’s growth and mission.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of leadership experience in a 245D licensed setting.
• Experience overseeing Directors or multi-site leadership teams.
• Strong financial and operational management background.
• Proven ability to use data and KPIs to drive improvement.
• Executive-level communication and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Multi-Site Operations – Oversee Directors and Associate Directors to ensure high-quality service delivery across sites.
• Ensure Licensing & Compliance Excellence – Maintain 245D licensing readiness, oversee audit responses, strengthen regulatory practices.
• Drive Performance Through Data – Translate KPIs into site-level strategies, identify risk trends, lead improvements.
• Strengthen Financial Performance – Oversee financial health of designated sites, ensure efficiency and responsible resource use.
• Develop Leaders – Coach Directors, strengthen decision-making and accountability, build succession plans.
• Partner Strategically – Align operations with long-term strategy and growth.
