Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support NIC Division programs from Sacramento, CA, or Chantilly, VA. The role includes cost analysis, budgeting, and EVM tasks within the Strategic Intelligence and Data Exploitation Operating Unit. The position follows a 9/80 schedule where available.

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s in a related field (or Master’s) and strong Excel skills, with US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc.) or related field with 2+ years of financial work experience or a Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts, VBA).
• Basic understanding of Government Compliance.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide business management support to NIC Division programs under the C&IS Business Unit, reporting to the Department Manager.
• Interface with program managers, CAMs, and business managers to deliver financial support and analysis.
• Analyze cost data to prepare program financial reports for internal and external customers.
• Forecast financial statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet), the AOP, and Labor Resource Plan for the program.
• Perform Earned Value Management tasks including PMB development, EAC forecasting, change control, and status reporting.
