Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Oklahoma City is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support the Cost Management organization. This position will be located in Oklahoma City, OK, and requires working from our NG facility.

This role is eligible for hybrid work arrangement, however not fully remote. This Program Control Analyst will interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in business/finance or related fields.
• Master's degree with 3 years' experience in business/finance or related fields.
• Ability to work on site in a hybrid schedule in Oklahoma City, OK.
• Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, management, and CAMs to provide financial and admin support and analysis.
• Gain experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts.
• Establish WBS, assess performance criteria, and support reporting requirements for variance analysis.
• Develop and analyze budgets, schedules, ETC/EAC, and participate in monthly cadence.
