Zusammenfassung

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Hybrid Finance Analyst to support the Spain 4-Lot Contract within the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) SBU. The role focuses on detailed financial analysis to understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position, with FP&A support.

The successful candidate will work across the finance team, meet deadlines, and present insights to management. Hybrid onsite/remote work, commutable to multiple locations. Relocation not offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of experience
• Experience with Program Finance and/or Earned Value (EV)
• Proficiency with SAP, Standard Business Warehouse reports, APEX/PMX tools or similar

Aufgaben

• Lead the EAC, EV, and Budget Change Requests (BCR) processes and Budget Sign Up during program startup and baseline activities
• Mentor and develop other analysts within the team
• Prepare and present Earned Value financial data for Monthly Operating Reviews and Financial Reviews
• Perform monthly variance analysis and assist with billing
• Support ad-hoc tasks and provide meaningful business insights
