Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Lead (M3) for the AOIS product line in El Segundo, CA. The role collaborates with Programs, Contracts, Operations, and Supply Chain to manage program financials from proposal through closeout, including EACs and AOP planning, with emphasis on IPMDAR reporting.

The position oversees two analysts, delivers monthly forecasts, and interfaces with customers on financial matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with RTX policies.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience analyzing data and preparing reports.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for financial analysis and presentations.
• Experience with SAP, BW, RPlan, EDIT+ or similar systems.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to government systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop financial analysis for the AOIS programs.
• Provide guidance to two direct reports and analysts.
• Prepare and present financial charts for weekly meetings and EAC reviews.
• Support forecasts, SRO, AOP, and LRP activities.
• Prepare internal and external financial deliverables, including IPMDAR analysis.
• Prepare financial charts and reports and communicate with customers.
• Monitor program financial performance against the EAC, baseline, and forecast.
• Review deliverables prepared by direct reports for accuracy.
• Support Gate 4 reviews, customer negotiations, and other financial proposal activities.
