Job summary

RTX is seeking an early-career finance professional to support the Advanced Products and Solutions portfolio. You will help with program finance activities, including internal and external reporting, EAC development, forecasting, and FP&A tasks. This is a Remote U.S. role with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities include budgeting, variance analysis, and coordinating with program stakeholders to meet financial objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (finance preferred).
• 2+ years of relevant financial experience or advanced degree with less experience.
• Proficient in Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to write and present financial communications clearly.
• U.S. Citizen required for program access.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer deliverables.
• Prepare monthly sales, profit, and cash forecasts.
• Develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) with costs, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis between budget and EAC.
• Support WBS maintenance in APEX and SAP.
• Prepare budgets and EVM reporting.
• Assist with basis-of-estimate for proposals.
• Coordinate with program stakeholders on financial requirements and objectives.
• Support internal and external financial reporting.
