Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Senior Administrative Program Coordinator for Standardized Patient Programs. Based at UT Main Campus, you will coordinate complex logistics, schedules, and communications across SP-related education initiatives, OSCEs, simulations, and assessments.

Collaboration with faculty, learners, SPs, and leadership will ensure a high-quality participant experience across programs.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field with at least 5 year(s) of experience in administrative or program coordination.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

Program Coordination: Manages and coordinates program activities and timelines; plans events for OSCE, simulation, and Assessment Center activities; trains SPs for events and oversees document preparation.
Administrative Support: Provides high-level support to leadership; manages schedules, appointments, and bookings; prepares and processes expense reports.
Project Management: Assists in planning and managing projects; serves as operational point-of-contact for course directors; maintains calendars and monitors progress.
Event Coordination: Plans events, manages venues and catering; oversees SP communication and roster management.
Compliance and Reporting: Complies with policies; tracks logistics and resources; supports budgeting and reporting.
