Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Standardized Patient Program Senior Specialist for the CSEAC in the College of Medicine. This role provides leadership and comprehensive support for the SP Program, serving as the primary contact for faculty, learners, and staff and guiding SP activities across recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
• 4 years of relevant experience in medical education or clinical settings required.
• Experience in SP programs and coordinating SP activities preferred.
• Ability to work with faculty, learners, and staff; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for SP program; advise faculty and learners.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of SPs.
• Plan, adapt, and implement SP case materials to curricular needs.
• Work with leadership to set SP program strategy and standards.
• Oversee student employees and ensure policy compliance.
