Job summary

Legends Global Merchandise seeks a Program Coordinator to support the Buying Team with clerical tasks, reporting, and vendor coordination. This role handles ERP item setup, order tracking, and sample logistics for an omnichannel retail environment.

You will also assist with ecomm readiness, photography requests, inventory accuracy, and the preparation of internal communications, while maintaining high professionalism in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; four years related retail experience and/or training.
• Strong organization and self-motivation; ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update event reporting statistics and historical figures.
• SKU creation and proper item setup in the ERP.
• Enter and track all aspects of POs, MOs, DOs, and vendor RTVs.
• Track and maintain merchandise samples and mail samples to clients.
• Support ecommerce readiness including photography requests and inventory information.
• Provide administrative support including typing letters, reports, memoranda and emails.
• Liaise with the customer service team supporting the ecommerce channel.
• Maintain professionalism in a team setting with vendors and clients.
