Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an entry-level Program Coordinator to support Bay FC under the Merchandise Director and Buyer. This role emphasizes organization, communication, and inventory control while collaborating with marketing on merchant websites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Procures merchandise classification and sources products with the Buyer.
• Handles returns, PO discrepancies, and missing packing lists.
• Manages stock and inventory levels; communicates changes to team.
• Compiles and distributes information for product recaps and updates.
• Creates and inputs SKU numbers; prepares and manages work and sales orders.
• Leads inventory in the ERP system and supports website coordination.
