Kitchell seeks an experienced Program Manager to join our Southern California region in San Diego and build a long-term career at a leading Construction Services company. You will collaborate with internal and external clients to deliver intelligent solutions and ensure quality program delivery.

The role demands deep knowledge of cost and schedule management, senior leadership involvement, and the ability to guide PM teams through complex projects with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline highly desired.
• 15+ years in the construction and/or design industry.
• Strong cost and schedule management expertise.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and the full Microsoft Suite; advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Pivot preferred.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with others.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement project controls processes to achieve program goals (budget, schedule, change, document controls, quality).
• Serve as a member of the Program Leadership team and support milestones.
• Provide technical resources and guidance to the PM team for cost and schedule tasks.
• Produce metrics for monitoring performance for owners, program, and construction teams.
• Manage program and project schedules with a Scheduler, defining milestones and constraints.
• Lead program reporting for monthly owner meetings and invoicing.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure efficient execution of all Project Controls disciplines.
