The role requires extensive experience in managing complex capital projects, coordinating with utilities and jurisdictions, and guiding projects from programming through close-out.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years (PM II) or 15 years (PM III) of project management experience is required.
• Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• CCM (Certified Construction Manager) license is required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record, free from suspensions or restrictions, is required.
