Job summary

Honeywell in Allentown, PA is seeking a Sr Program Controls Specialist to deliver cost analysis, process improvements, and performance tracking for multi-site programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams and support global program management and leaders, reporting to the Sr Program Controls Manager.

This hybrid role is based in Allentown, PA. You will develop cost baselines, monitor budgets, and apply EV methods while coordinating with project managers and procurement to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Business, or Finance; 5+ years in Project Controls, or 10+ years without degree.
• 5+ years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, automation, or electronics industries.
• Experience with finance & cash flow concepts, processes, forecast, and actuals.
• Knowledge of cost estimating, tracking, and control.
• Familiarity with contracts and business planning & analysis; analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Define scopes, WBS, and budgets for allocated projects.
• Provide timely cost reports, forecasts, and billing for costs, revenue, and milestones.
• Support cost monitoring standards, systems, and reports; assist with budgeting allocations.
• Develop program plans, baseline budgets, milestones, and EV methods.
• Analyze ITD and ETC costs; support EAC forecast analysis and margins.
• Coordinate invoicing milestones; ensure GAAP requirements are met.
• Work with project managers and cross-functional teams to manage change orders.
• Participate in audits and contribute to project controls tooling.
