Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Program Controls Specialist to oversee program control activities for UOP Equipment projects. You will collaborate with technical experts, project leads, and managers to plan, create, and manage schedules and deliverables for proposals and ongoing programs.

This role reports to the Sr Program Controls Director and operates on a Hybrid schedule. You will monitor schedules, costs, risks, and performance metrics, providing critical insights and recommendations to support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project scheduling.
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• 5+ years of experience with program control tools and software such as MS Project, Primavera (P6), or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Experience in managing program performance metrics and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project planning process on allocated projects/proposals.
• Accountable for accuracy & timely delivery of all project & management reports related to the project schedules.
• Develops project schedules for proposals (frontlog) and conducts schedule analysis.
• Prepares project schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides support to incorporate approved change orders and re-baseline.
• Conducts schedule deviation/variance analysis and recommends recovery plans.
• Issues project progress reports and participates in project reviews to drive completion.
