Job summary

RTX's KSA TPY-2 Finance team seeks a Program Controls/Offset Analyst to manage cost/schedule for offset projects and support EAC, forecasting, and reporting. The role focuses on PPU, ERC, PT6 MRO offsets with senior-level planning and quarterly EACs.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, supporting 5YP, and preparing financial reports for PMRs; on-site with U.S. citizenship required for access. Collaboration with Localization leads is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with EVMS, cost/schedule controls, and EAC processes.
• Experience using SAP APEX EV, BW, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems.
• U.S. Citizen required for access to information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates-at-Completion (EACs).
• Develop monthly forecasts and support AOP and 5YP planning.
• Support proposal development and baseline development for new offset projects.
• Respond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests for Localization activities.
• Perform cost and schedule analysis and prepare financial reports for PMRs and reviews.
