Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Program Controls Specialist to lead project scheduling and controls across UOP Equipment initiatives. You will craft schedules, monitor progress, and derive insights to drive on-time delivery and value.

You’ll interact with engineering, procurement, and project management to ensure accurate reporting and effective control of costs and risks. The role requires extensive experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, and EV analysis, plus strong data-driven problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project scheduling.
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• 5+ years of experience with program control tools and software such as MS Project, Primavera (P6), or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project planning process on allocated projects/proposals.
• Accountable for accuracy and timely delivery of all project reports related to schedules.
• Develops project schedules for proposals and conducts schedule analysis.
• Prepares project schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
• Reports earned value performance indicators and updates estimates to complete.
• Maintains external schedule to client per contractual requirements and conducts critical path analysis.
• Issues project progress reports and supports change orders and baselines.
