Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Operations Lead to drive day-to-day execution, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will remove blockers, oversee budgets, and coordinate across finance, operations, engineering and sites to meet commitments.

In this role you will lead weekly reviews, monitor EVM metrics, and push continuous improvement. A strong focus on accountability, collaboration and clear communication is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university with minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly program operations reviews to track milestones and execution risks.
• Manage budget planning and execution across funding sources with cost control.
• Drive EVM performance by monitoring cost, schedule and variances and lead corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement through standard work, visual management and problem solving.
