Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Business/Finance.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in business, finance, or analytics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• SQL proficiency and data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the team's data strategy and develop critical business analytics tools that turn data into accurate, relevant insights for business decisions and recommendations
• Create, develop, and maintain critical KPIs that drive business decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and communicate solutions to Asurion leadership and client partners
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and client partners
• Own and develop client reporting packages and supporting analytics
• Develop and deliver presentations on financial results to internal Asurion management
• Interpret data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends, as well as factors that could affect analytical outcomes
• Advance the use of complex analytical techniques and thinking across the Program Management team
