Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Business/Finance is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in business, finance, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive the team's data strategy and develop analytics tools for insights and decisions.
• Create and maintain KPIs that drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and communicate solutions to leadership and client partners.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams and client partners.
• Own and develop client reporting packages and supporting analytics.
• Develop and deliver presentations on financial results to management.
• Interpret data to identify differences, relationships, and trends affecting outcomes.
• Advance the use of advanced analytical techniques across the Program Management team.
