JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst, Program Management
POSITION OVERVIEW:

A Senior Analyst in Program Management serves as the subject matter expert supporting the financial health and optimization of Asurion's device protection programs. This role partners with internal and external teams—including frontline call center, product, service network, finance, supply chain, and sales—to analyze and improve program economics across the organization, with particular focus on the Asurion Connected Home portfolio. The optimal candidate will bring strong SQL proficiency, sound business acumen, and excellent communication skills, paired with rigorous critical thinking to translate data into actionable insight while working within cross-functional teams that prioritize key clients initiatives. This role demands a customer-centric, self-sufficient professional capable of operating with confidence in a fast-growing, complex environment. SKILLS:
Technical skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Strong data analysis and data mining capabilities, including experience with relevant analytical tools
  • High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted approaches for data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation
  • Applied knowledge of business and financial performance metrics, with the ability to diagnose and enhance product and operational performance through data

Required Education And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields is required: Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a Business / Finance related degree.
