Job summary

NASA Marshall Space Flight Center is seeking aProgram Analyst 5 to provide senior-level program analysis, cost and schedule management, and EVM leadership in support of Artemis missions. Qualifications

• MS/MA required.
• 15+ years of applicable professional experience.
• Experience supporting PMOs in project controls and risk management.
• Expert knowledge of EVM principles and EVMS guidelines.
• Experience establishing PMBs, WBS, WBS dictionaries, and baselines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and analyze program status to assess cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as senior advisor to PMO with strategic support in controls, reporting, and risk management.
• Lead data management and reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Conduct cost and schedule risk analyses and mitigation recommendations.
• Support PPBE activities including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and root-cause analyses.
• Develop and maintain PMBs, WBS, baselines, and EACs.
• Analyze RLNs, schedules, and critical paths to evaluate performance.
• Implement and improve EVM processes and variance analyses.
• Provide SME guidance on EVM and IBR leadership.
