Job summary

Astrion seeks a Subject Matter Expert 3 to support NASA's Artemis missions at Johnson Space Center, Houston. You will provide executive-level leadership across planning, requirements, and technology integration to deliver major programs and ensure mission success.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee complex projects, and engage with government partners and senior leadership to shape mission outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• MS/MA required or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 25+ years of applicable professional experience.
• Recognized authority in strategic planning, project planning, requirements management, stakeholder management or related functions.
• Experience leading major programs and high-impact technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to direct multidisciplinary teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME in strategic planning, project planning, requirements management, stakeholder management, technology integration, or related areas.
• Provide executive-level technical and management leadership for major programs and high-impact initiatives.
• Set strategic goals, objectives, and execution plans aligned with priorities and mission objectives.
• Direct and oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects with scope, schedule, cost, and performance targets.
• Act as primary technical authority for assigned programs and provide expert guidance.
