Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Director of Programs and senior managers. The role focuses on qualitative and quantitative analyses, EVMS, and budget oversight to drive program success.

Ideal candidates have EVMS experience, proficiency with Deltek, Cost Point, COGNOS and COBRA, and DoD/IDIQ experience. A security clearance is required; MS Office Suite and MS Project skills are essential. This is a full-time position on site.

Qualifications

Previous EVMS experience is required.
Expertise with Deltek, Cost Point, COGNOS and COBRA.
Solid understanding of DoD FAR, DFAS CAS, DFARS, and GAGAS.
Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Excel, Access, Outlook and Word.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in technical writing and proposal writing.
DoD, IDIQ environment experience preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Support the Director of Programs and Program Managers with duties as assigned.
Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses using EVMS techniques, manage cost, schedule and performance.
Plan, establish and review contracts, programs, policies, and procedures; resolve contract issues.
Analyze contract performance and provide recommendations.
Update and monitor overhead budgets.
Collect, analyze and report data.
Make recommendations based on analyses.
