Qualifications

• Experience in EVMS environment.
• Knowledge of DoD FAR, DFAS CAS, DFARS, and GAGAS.
• Proficiency with DoD, IDIQ environments; strong MS Office suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Programs and Program Managers with duties as assigned.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses with emphasis on Budget/Risk analysis using EVM techniques.
• Plan, establish and review contracts, programs, policies and procedures; research and resolve issues.
• Analyze contract performance and provide recommendations.
• Update and monitor overhead budgets.
• Collect, analyze and report data.
• Make recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analyses.
