Job summary

Ibility is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in Gaithersburg, MD to serve as a senior advisor and workstream lead for federal healthcare initiatives. The role involves research, analysis, executive deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and guiding junior staff to meet contract objectives and timelines.

The position is contingent upon award (Aug/Sept 2026) and requires strong planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, Public Health, IS, PM, Communications, or similar).
• 5+ years of professional experience supporting or leading federal, healthcare, technology, digital transformation, or program management initiatives.
• Experience leading project activities or workstreams, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, or discovery sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing executive-level briefings, status reports, dashboards, and client-facing deliverables.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with senior leadership exposure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and workstreams in digital health, AI, and healthcare innovation initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements to build consensus.
• Develop executive-level briefings, status reports, dashboards, and client-facing deliverables.
• Lead project planning, monitor milestones, identify risks, and mitigate issues to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop monthly progress dashboards, program status reports, and executive briefing materials for reporting.
• Lead kickoff meetings and support evaluation plans and project completion reports.
• Perform other programmatic, analytical, and strategic duties as assigned.
