Job summary

Pegasystems is seeking a Senior Business/Reporting Analyst to partner with the global consulting organization and lead financial reporting on consultant utilization, headcount, and profitability metrics. You will own data governance and oversee processes supporting these metrics, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business systems and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or finance analyst.
• Experience dealing with profit and loss data, developing reporting and insights with multiple data sources.
• Worked with senior leadership to advise on the health of a business.
• Proven ability to own projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to enterprise problems to develop insight and recommendations for Consulting leadership.
• Manage and communicate P&L analytics including revenue, expenses, margin, utilization, headcount, for all Pega Consulting to drive profitability.
• Provide monthly financial reporting and ad hoc reporting as needed; be a key member in budget, planning & forecasting process.
• Design, develop, and deliver reporting using Excel, Power BI, HANA, and other in-house systems to provide proactive analysis and insights to the business leadership.
• Collaborate with Consulting leadership to research, advocate, and make recommendations on business process improvements to drive user adoption of our systems and processes.
• Directly communicate with senior leadership about major profitability drivers.
• Support, collaborate, and lead with Operations team on projects and initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations team on reporting best practices.
