Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Training & Development or related HR fields.
• Experience designing and delivering professional training programs.
• Experience with training content such as presentations or e-learning preferred.
• Experience with IWTP training grants preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage diverse audiences.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging professional development opportunities for employees.
• Lead development, coordination, and delivery of training programs including onboarding, software training, leadership, and skills training.
• Develop engaging learning content, presentations, and e-learning courses.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Manage training software, schedules, enrollment, attendance, and reporting.
• Maintain training records and ensure completion of required trainings.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas to improve content and delivery.
• Partner with leaders and external providers to identify training needs and deliver learning solutions.
• Manage IWTP training grant lifecycle and reporting.
• Contribute to the development of Cajun’s professional learning curriculum.
