Qualifications

• BA/BS in relevant field required.
• 10+ years training management experience.
• Executive level management experience.
• Experience with multi-state operations.
• Hands-on recently required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead field training strategies and programs across multiple states.
• Deliver blended learning solutions and ensure quality training standards.
• Research learning needs and design effective solutions.
• Partner with Operations and HR to deploy cost-effective training.
• Drive CBT content and manage the LMS, track ROI and program impact.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new openings.
