Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
• Proven success filling professional, administrative, technical, or leadership-level positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for direct-hire, contract, and contract-to-hire roles.
• Develop and maintain active talent pipelines through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess qualifications, career goals, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the interview process.
• Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Meet or exceed placement, retention, and revenue goals.
