Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license required.
• Five years of nursing experience required.

• Familiar with regulatory agency requirements (Joint Commission, CMS).
• Ability to collaborate on professional development pathways.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training programs for hospital staff.
• Assess skill gaps and learning needs to inform training.
• Create curricula aligned with strategic goals.
• Organize engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation of new staff.
• Maintain records of training and measure impact of programs.
