Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of commercial lines underwriting experience, leadership capability, and advanced risk evaluation skills. Travel to meet agents and clients may be required.

• Mentor and train teammates; support field underwriter perspective.
• Achieve production goals and maintain strong agency relationships.
• Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and represent UFG in the market.
• Collaborate with underwriting, sales, risk control, legal and claims teams.
