Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Completion of AU, CIC and/or CPCU designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex new and renewal business with risk selection, pricing and account management.
• Mentor and coach team members; assist with escalated issues.
• Develop and maintain agency relationships and a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Represent UFG in marketplace conversations about underwriting capabilities.
