Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with and on automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical mechanical equipment.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; computer and software skills including Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of mathematical calculations to perform production calculations and waste analysis.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with a safety-first approach.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized at all times.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Operate and monitor line for defects and ensure line quality.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Record data and adjustments based on findings.
• Perform autonomous (AM) and preventive (PM) maintenance tasks.
• Changeovers and sanitization of equipment.
