Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Holland, MI is seeking a Production Technician II who operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains packaging equipment to maximize efficiency while upholding safety and quality in our aseptic facility. As a full-time 2nd shift employee, you will perform preventive maintenance, machine changeovers, minor adjustments, and help improve processes.

Experience with automated machinery, basic math for production calculations, and the ability to lift 50 lb are required; aseptic

Qualifications

2 years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
1 year prior experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; computer and software skills (Microsoft Office).
Basic understanding of production calculations and loss/waste analysis.

Responsibilities

Performs duties with a safety first approach.
Ensures work areas are clean and organized at all times.
Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
Operate and monitor line for defective materials and perform other related work in accordance with line quality.
Troubleshoot and make minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
Record all data as required (charts, process adjustments).
Perform standard work for Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
Perform machine changeovers and clean and sanitize all equipment.
