Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Irving, TX is seeking a Production Technician II to operate, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain production and packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility. This full-time role is on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:00pm–10:30pm) with overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, including data recording and line changeovers. Travel may occur during training.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; Computer and software skills (Microsoft Office).
• Basic understanding of mathematical skills to perform production calculations and loss/waste analysis.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds frequently without assistance.
• Must be available to work extended hours and flexible time in different departments based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with a safety first approach.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized at all times.
• Sets up machinery and replenishes production materials as needed.
• Operates and monitors line for defective materials and ensures line quality.
• Troubleshoots and makes minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Records data as required (charts, process adjustments, etc.).
• Performs standard Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Performs machine changeovers and cleans and sanitizes all equipment.
