Job summary

Cotiviti seeks a Senior Support Analyst to monitor, analyze, and resolve data platform, configuration, and infrastructure issues. This role acts as a liaison between technical and operational teams, providing problem solving and incident coordination to stakeholders.

The position emphasizes root cause analysis, proactive process improvements, and collaboration across data operations, development, and infrastructure groups.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent training/certification.
• 2-4 years' experience in enterprise application support or development environments.
• Strong knowledge of databases and scripting with modern IT practices.
• Project management experience is required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and resolve data platform, configuration, and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate with data ops, development, and operations teams to troubleshoot problems.
• Lead incident and change management, documenting status and risks.
• Prepare daily status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Improve production support processes and knowledge base.
