Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to support the Cotiviti product suite and collaborate with developers, offshore teams, and business owners. The role emphasizes solving complex issues, implementing automated solutions, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

BS degree in STEM field such as Computer Science/Information Technology.
4-5 years’ Linux experience.
4-5 years’ experience with Java frameworks.
4-5 years’ experience deploying changes using automation tools (Jenkins, Octopus).
4-5 years’ experience with IT automation tools (Ansible) and scripting (VBScript, PowerShell).
4-5 years’ experience with databases and data processing pipelines.
Healthcare data experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze and assess how automated systems can solve complex business problems.
Analyze and resolve software and process issues for customers.
Apply QA principles throughout the SDLC.
Document specifications, design, features and operation prior to production rollout.
Ensure documentation is current for all apps and processes.
Collaborate with business partners to define system requirements.
Receive escalations and provide direction, training and mentoring to team members.
Complete duties per annual Performance Plan and special projects.
