Job summary

REV Copack in Pittston, PA is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager to coordinate demand, production scheduling, materials, inventory, and customer commitments across our beverage co-pack operation.

The role acts as the central link between customers, Sales, Operations, Quality, Inventory, Shipping, and leadership, translating forecasts and orders into realistic production plans while managing labor, line capacity, changeovers, and equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production planning, scheduling, or related function
• Experience in contract packaging or beverage/manufacturing operations preferred
• Strong Excel skills and planning-model experience
• Experience communicating commitments to customers and managing deadlines
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and item master data
• Ability to work on-site in Pittston, PA and collaborate across departments

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and long-range production schedules.
• Coordinate availability of materials, packaging, and components.
• Manage dock coordination, inbound/outbound shipments, and scheduling.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate schedules to stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Quality, Inventory, and Shipping to ensure feasible plans.
